Our standard Return and Exchange policy applies to all orders during the Cyber Weekend sale period. All items purchased on sale are not eligible for return unless faulty.
Due to the volume of orders, allow 5-7 days for our team to dispatch your order. We're aiming for less, but please be patient with our small team as everything is hand-packed!
Made to order items, e.g. initials, engravable and custom rings please allow an extra 1-2 days on top of the above dispatch guidelines.
Please select express shipping and tick 'skip the queue' at check out if you are needing your jewellery in a hurry!
During the sale period, the free shipping threshold will be temporarily turned off to help accommodate the significant discount we're offering. The adjustment allows us to bring you the best deal possible during the sale.
Good news! You can edit your order within the first 30 minutes of placing an order. You can add an item or change an address.
Outside of these changes, we're unable to make changes to orders once they're placed. Double check your items and gifts before completing your purchase.
Gifts will be automatically added to your cart once qualified! Just add to cart to see the right gifts in your cart. If you are not seeing the gift appear in cart, it means it has been fully exhausted.
Please note that if you place two separate orders, we will combine them and ship as one, and remove any duplicate gifts as we are only able to offer gift redemtion once per person during the sale.

The gifts are automatically added to your cart once you've qualified for it. Please ensure your cart contains everything that you are after before checking out as we will not add your gift(s) if they are not part of your order.
If you do not see gift(s) added in your order, it means stock has run out! Do ensure you check out as quick as possible if your gift is still in cart.
Any orders with a pre-order item or custom made to order item will only be shipped when everything is in stock. We strongly suggest to split up your order for in stock items and made-to-order items so items that are ready to ship can be dispatched asap!
We try our best to make sure our inventory is reflected correctly on our website. In the event of an item being out of stock, we will refund your out of stock item and ship the rest of your order.
