

Our standard Return and Exchange policy applies to all orders during the Black Friday sale period. All items purchased on sale are not eligible for return unless faulty.
Free returns are not applicable during this period (via Redo) and exchanges are not available. Please take care when placing an order!
Due to the volume of orders, please note that processing times during this period are as below:
Normal items: 5-7 business days
Custom items: 6-10 business days (such as initials, engraving, infinite bracelets and solid gold necklaces)
Made-to-order items: 10-12 weeks (such as made to order solid gold anime, solid gold enchanted rings)
Pre-order: denoted on the individual product's page (+ normal processing time)
If your order contains items from multiple categories, they will be shipped together once processing for all items have been completed.
We're aiming for less, but please be patient with our small team as everything is hand-packed and customised individually for you! Please select express shipping and tick 'skip the queue' at check out if you are needing your jewellery in a hurry!
Please note 'skip the queue' is not available for made-to order items.
Good news! You can edit your order within the first 30 minutes of placing an order. You can add an item or change an address.
Outside of these changes, we're unable to make changes to orders once they're placed. Double check your items and gifts before completing your purchase. Once your order is placed, you agree to these terms and conditions and we are unable to change your order once placed.
Unfortunately this is an ongoing issue that we can't fix, we're just as frustrated! Please be assured that the gifts are automatically added to your cart once you've qualified for it. If the gift(s) are not showing in cart, even if you've hit the total threshhold, there may be items in your cart that are excluded from the total required for gift redemption.
Please note the below items are excluded from the total required for gift redemption:
Accessories (extension chains, piercing sprays, polishing cloths, premium gift wrapping)
Mystery boxes
Appointment bookings
Gift cards
Please ensure your cart contains everything that you are after before checking out as we will not add your gift(s) if they are not part of your order. If you do not see gift(s) added in your order, it means stock has run out! Do ensure you check out as quick as possible if your gift is still in cart.

Please note that any gift offerings or promotions are valid only for the specified time period and cannot be applied retrospectively. If your gifts are not showing up in your order, we will not be able to add them to your order after it has been processed. We recommend ensuring your gifts are selected at checkout to avoid any issues.
Unfortunately, we can't absorb the shipping costs during the sale :( it is due to deep marked down prices during this period, the free shipping threshold has been removed to be able to give you the best deal possible.
Gifts will be automatically added to your cart once qualified! Just add to cart to see the right gifts in your cart.
If you are not seeing the gift appear in cart, it means it has been fully exhausted. Please note that if you place two separate orders, we will combine them and ship as one, and remove any duplicate gifts as we are only able to offer gift redemtion once per person during the sale.

Any orders with a pre-order item or custom made to order item will only be shipped when everything is in stock. We suggest to split up your order for in stock items and made-to-order items so items that are ready to ship can be dispatched asap!
We try our best to make sure our inventory is reflected correctly on our website. In the event of an item being out of stock, we will refund your out of stock item and ship the rest of your order.
Sorry friends! We are not able to offer rainchecks for our sales. Our products are very inventory-dependent, so we're stoked you got what you wanted while it was available!

Gifts are inventory dependent and are automatically added to qualifying orders at the time of order. If you did not see a gift added to the cart, it means the inventory has run out. Please double check your order before checking out as once you have placed your order, you agree to these terms and we cannot retrospectively add the gift to your order or able to raincheck the offer when the gift comes back in stock.
