Our standard Return and Exchange policy applies to all orders during the Black Friday sale period. 

Our new collection, Colours of Summer, will be launching for our Black Friday Sale, on 16/11 at 9AM AEDT. There are extremely limited amounts per style, and they will also be on sale :)

Due to the volume of orders, allow 3-5 days for our team to dispatch your order. We're aiming for less, but please be patient with our small team as everything is hand-packed!
Made to order items, e.g. initials, engravable and custom rings please allow an extra 1-2 days on top of the above dispatch guidelines.
Please select express shipping at check out if you are needing your jewellery in a hurry!

Gifts will be automatically added to your cart once qualified! Just add to cart to see the right gifts in your cart. Please note that if you place two separate orders, we will combine them and ship as one, and remove any duplicate gifts as we are only able to offer gift redemtion once per person during the sale.  
Please note gift card orders are not eligible for free gifts. If these are added automatically, they will be removed and refunded from your order.

The gifts are automatically added to your cart once you've qualified for it. Please ensure your cart contains everything that you are after before checking out as we will not add your gift(s) if they are not part of your order.
If you do not see gift(s) added in your order, it means stock has run out! Do ensure you check out as quick as possible if your gift is still in cart. 

Any orders with a pre-order item or custom made to order item will only be shipped when everything is in stock. We suggest to split up your order for in stock items and made-to-order items so items that are ready to ship can be dispatched asap!

We try our best to make sure our inventory is reflected correctly on our website. In the event of an item being out of stock, we will refund your out of stock item and ship the rest of your order.
