S-kin Studio Jewelry is an ecommerce brand based in Melbourne, Victoria. Established in 2018, we set out with a mission to provide minimal jewelry with unique, vintage-inspired designs that encourage slow living.
With exciting changes in our team, we are on the hunt for a bubbly & passionateΒ Marketing AssistantΒ who thrives at organisation and is aΒ copywriter at heart. This position is aΒ casualΒ position, 2-3 days per week, in office at our Hawthorn flagship store.

About the role β what you will be doing
- Assist with copywriting across the brand, including creative briefing content for freelancers, content creators, and internal teams; writing blogs and ads copywriting
- Creating EDM briefings and reviewing final designs and scheduling for weekly send-outs
- Updating copywriting across ads, reviewing ads across Meta and IG before they go live
- Reviewing and updating Google Ads asset groups where needed for key promotions
- Updating inventory stock outs on a weekly basis to ensure inventory reflects online as well as anticipating restocks that arrive, along with merchandising on a weekly basis
- Admin management across launches including website live, link in bio, product pages and collection pages via Shopify
- Assist with planning and retrieving props for in-house and external campaign shoots
- Light graphic design including creating assets on Canva for ads, IG posts and stories
- Assisting with collating and outreaching key media and influencers monthly
- Helping our Founder stay organised and the team operating on all cylinders with ad-hoc tasks in store and online related to digital marketing
About you:
- 1-2 years previous experience in a similar role
- May be studying towards your degree in Marketing, Communications, orΒ Journalism
- Experience in content creation a plus
- Understand copywritingΒ from a brand's perspective and can communicate effectively using a brand voice
- Some experience preferred inΒ Shopify, Klaviyo, and Canva
- You are bubbly, personable, and personable. You bring calm to the chaos and always strive to make everyone in the room feel their best
- You consume social content and know what is trending in the space
- You're able to pick up marketing ideasΒ across different brands andΒ swiftly apply it to your work or study, either visually or in your copywriting
- Ability to work independently; you excel when tasked with making things your own; but are also a team-player and thrive in a collaborative environment
- Driver's license a bonus but not a must
