With exciting changes in our team, we are on the hunt for a bubbly & passionate Social Media & Marketing Assistant who lives and breathes content and ecommerce.

About the role – what you will be doing

• Work with the Creative Director to plan, create and schedule content across organic and paid channels
• Create organic content across our Instagram, Tiktok, and Facebook that nurtures, inspires and pushes the boundaries on creativity
• Engage with our community across all social media channels to spark connection and cultivate customer relationships
• Work with the Creative Director to plan and create meaningful marketing campaigns across print, social media, PR, and digital channels
• Design and develop graphics for campaign roll-outs across digital and offline channels
• Report, analyse and devise strategies to grow and drive revenue across digital channels

About you:

• Minimum 12 months experience in ecommerce or marketing, or extremely engaged in the space and would like to further or start their career with a recognisable brand
• Strong camera presence and ability to create content that is engaging
• Fluent in graphic design and video editing, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and Inshot
• You are bubbly, personable, and a SM whiz. You consume content, are deep in it, and are potentially already making content in your own time
• Ability to work independently; you excel when tasked with making things your own; but are also a team-player and thrive in a collaborative environment

eCommerce Assistant

Casual/Part Time

We are on the hunt for a Casual eCommerce/Retail Assistant who loves all things customer service & retail.

If you have proven retail experience in picking & packing ecommerce orders, or are passionate about delivering a luxury boutique retail experience, we would love to hear from you!

About the role – what you will be doing

• Work in our flagship retail store in Cremorne, Melbourne. 
• Provide customers with an outstanding and memorable customer experience
• Assist with our daily order processing. This includes pick & packing orders and assisting in making jewelry (don't worry, we'll teach you everything there is to know!)
• Assist in various retail back of house tasks such as stocktake, pricing, jewellery making, merchandising, etc.
• Be involved to create any team-oriented content to promote various launches such as daily Instagram stories and Tiktok

About you:

• Strong working experience in luxury retail or proven experience in retail roles.
• A can-do attitude that always lights up the mood - we're all about hiring to fit our amazing team culture!
• Excellent work ethic with strong organisational skills under high pressure
• Ability to set your own goals and have exceptional attention to detail
• You love to make each of your customers feel special and will go above and beyond to give them a wonderful customer experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
