Paid for premium gift wrap. Arrived without any gift wrap.
Unapologetic ‘customer service’ just requested a photograph of item .. yes I got a refund for it eventually but for goodness sake! Like I’m going to lie about it . Came in a cheap looking box. And ,by the way.. being addressed as ‘hi lovely’ with every communication about this is really painful doesn’t excuse poor customer service.
Feels like this company are just churning em out for the masses. I’ll stick to buying from small businesses from now on.
