At S-kin Studio Jewelry, we stand behind our products and warrant that all items are free of manufacturing defects. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, we will repair the merchandise, or replace with a new, non-defected item, within 8 months of your purchase. If the item is no longer available, S-kin Studio Jewelry will replace with an item of similar value, or provide a refund or store credit equal to the value of the item less any discounts.
We also warrant that our jewelry are tarnish resistant for the duration of this warranty (8 months in duration). Please note that any tarnishing caused due to failure to adhere to the Care Instructions, are not included in this warranty.
Claiming your Warranty
To make a claim, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Authorization Form, together with instructions to return your product in its original packaging. You will be responsible for shipping the product and any expenses related to shipping. S-kin Studio jewelry is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of the product during transit.
Your item will be examined and if deemed appropriate, fixed or replaced at no cost to you.
Conditions and Exclusions:
The warranty is available for all jewelry purchased online or in person. The 8 month period starts when the goods have been dispatched.
Fine jewelry is not impervious to normal wear, activities or trauma. This is particularly true for rings since hands are regularly subjected to considerable abuse. We do not provide warranties for damage due to normal wear, product loss, loss of stones or theft. Damage or loss that results from failure to obtain repairs necessary to maintain the integrity of the product are also not covered.
Some examples of common jewelry issues that are not covered within this warranty:
- Loss or disappearance of gems or parts
- Normal wear and tear, such as ring scratches, peels, or if they are bent out of shape from rough use
- Breakage due to rough use
- Tarnish or deterioration due to contact with toxic acids and substances
