Standard delivery (3-6 business days) for orders <$49 - $6.00

For orders $49-$100, standard delivery (3-6 business days) is free of charge.

For orders over $100, your order is shipped express (1-2 business days), free of charge.

For orders under $100, express shipping (1-2 business days) is only $10.00.

All domestic deliveries are shipped through Australia Post. Tracking is available. Should you require signature upon delivery please contact

    For orders over $80, standard delivery (5-10 business days) is free of charge. Standard delivery (5-14 business days) - $10.00. Estimated standard international shipping times can be found below.

    The above transit times do not factor in delays caused by customs or inaccurate or incomplete address fields. So to ensure a faster transit time please provide an accurate address and contact details, to help guarantee a successful first delivery attempt.

    All international deliveries are shipped through DHL eCommerce and comes with tracking and does not include signature on delivery. All international deliveries are tendered to local postal services once it enters the destination country. For New Zealand parcels, last mile delivery is via Aramex New Zealand. Please use your tracking number to track your parcel via your local postal network tracking website. 

    Express orders are shipped via DHL with signature upon delivery. International express orders are delivered within 1-3 business days.



    International customers (outside Australia) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees outlined by local Customs authority. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive the parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees might be, if applicable at all. Please contact your country's custom office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.



    It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address when ordering from our website. If you have placed an order and have put the wrong address, please contact us ASAP via email at If no tracking number has been issued, we will aim to resolve your issue. However, if a tracking number has already been issued, a $12 ‘return to sender’ fee and further $6 postage fee will be charged. If an order is cancelled after a tracking number is issued (but before the order is shipped), a refund will be issued, minus the delivery fee applicable for shipping your order.

    For international shipments that have the wrong address entered, we are unable to reroute shipments once they have been shipped. Please double check all addresses entered carefully as we are not liable to replace or resend your parcel if the shipment is returned to sender due to wrong address entered.



    For all pre-orders, please note that the 'dispatch by' date is a guide only and items can be shipped before or after this date.

    Australian customers - If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will send your entire order when the final item arrives. If you wish to receive the items in stock first, please place your order as 2 separate orders.

    International customers - All of your items will be shipped together when your pre-order items are in stock.
