MYTH 1: YOU CAN'T GO THROUGH AIRPORT SECURITY

FALSE! Due to the delicate nature of the bracelet you will be able to go through airport security with ease. Our team has personally travelled interstate within Australia to the Gold Coast & Sydney and internationally to New Zealand, Bali & Vietnam with zero issues! You can watch our experience here.

MYTH 2: PERMANENT WELDED BRACELETS BREAK REALLY EASILY

FALSE! We only offer our Permanent Welded Jewelry in 14K Solid White or Yellow Gold, so these pieces are made to last! Much like any other solid gold jewelry, these bracelets or anklets will be able to survive your regular day-to-day activities without much hassle. We've put our bracelets through the test of international travel, small babies and children, intensive HIIT workouts and every type of easy to catch knitwear you can think of! And even if your bracelet does break we offer a 2 week no questions asked rewelding option free of charge! Simply make sure you are still in possession of the chain so we can pop it back on for you. 

MYTH 3: GETTING A PERMANENTLY WELDED BRACELET HURTS

FALSE! It definitely doesn't hurt you at all! Your skin is completely protected with a leather cover and the zap of the welding pen simply emits a one second flash when joining your bracelet together permanently. No fire, heat or sparks are used to create your new permanent jewelry piece. 

MYTH 4: YOUR PERMANENTLY WELDED JEWELRY WILL TURN YOUR SKIN GREEN IN SEA WATER 

FALSE! 14K Solid Gold definitely will not turn your skin green after sea water exposure. Having tested this all summer long, we are confident to report that our bracelet chains and wrist skin is as good as new! 

MYTH 5: YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO GET AN MRI OR XRAY

True. Whilst inconvenient, you will need to remove your bracelet to get either of these procedures. From personal experience, when I broke my wrist in late 2022 whilst cycling and required x-rays and surgery, I simply cut my bracelet off with a pair of scissors at the connecting jump ring and got it welded onto my opposite wrist. My bracelet now lives happily on my opposite wrist whilst my injured wrist is now sporting a new scar. 

MYTH 6: YOU'LL GET OVER THE PERMANENT BRACELET LOOK

FALSE! Or at least we don't think you will! Whilst we are confident that you'll be enjoying your Permanently Welded Jewelry for a long time to come we do have an option for you to cut the bracelet or anklet off and transform it into a removable jewelry piece with a clasp! This way if you do decide that you want or need to have the bracelet removed you can always have it transformed into a removable part of your jewelry collection.
