Is the collection limited edition?
This collection is limited edition. For the first time this year, we’re offering solid gold options that will be staying in our permanent solid gold offering. All non-solid gold inventory is limited edition, and once sold out, will not return. Most pieces are limited to 30 pieces per design, with some designs only having a total of 15 pieces ever produced.
Are there solid gold options?
We’re so excited to offer more solid gold options in our Anime III collection this year, with made-to-order offerings that are going to be included in our permanent solid gold offering. We’ll also have some ready-to-ship pieces that you can take home straight away on launch!
How many pieces are available?
Each design is limited to 30 pieces ever produced, and once sold out, will not return.
What is the return policy for Anime III?
Our standard return policy applies for all Anime III pieces - you are welcome to return or exchange pieces if they are not right for you. Due to our return policy, some items may come back in stock due to returns once sold out - ensure you are signed up to email notifications to be alerted if this occurs!
Can I use discount codes on Anime III?
Strictly no discount codes are able to be redeemed on Anime III limited edition pieces (gold filled, sterling silver). Solid gold made to order pieces (part of Anime III) will not be affected by this policy.
Can you purchase charms separately?
You can absolutely purchase charms separately to add to your existing necklace, or to add to 1 of 30 limited edition Kiki Carabiner Necklaces.
How many charms can each carabiner necklace accommodate?
We recommend a maximum of 4 charms per carabiner to avoid crowding the necklace. The optimal number of charms is 2-3.
Are there solid gold options?
The Kiki Carabiner Necklace is only available in 18K Gold Filled and Sterling Silver. Charms are available in solid gold options either ready-to-ship or made-to-order. Please ensure you read each charm’s description carefully as we will ship all pieces together including made to order pieces.
Is the Carabiner range limited edition?
Yes. All Gold Fill & Sterling Silver pieces are limited edition and will not return once sold out. Solid gold charms remain in our permanent solid gold repertoire.
When can I receive my order after it’s been placed?
Our current processing time for made-to-order solid gold items is approximately 8 weeks. This allows us to carefully craft each piece with the highest attention to detail, ensuring quality and durability. Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
If I place a made to order item and in stock item, will it be shipped together?
Yes, your in-stock item will be shipped together once the made-to-order item is ready. If you need in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders. Please double-check your cart carefully before checking out!
