If you are not seeing the gift appear in cart, it means it has been fully exhausted. If this is the case, we are unable to add the gift retrospectively even if the cart mentions the gift was available at the time of adding to cart.

Unfortunately, we can't absorb the shipping costs during the sale :( It is due to deep marked down prices during this period, the free shipping threshold has been removed to be able to give you the best deal possible.

Orders of $160 AUD or more will automatically receive a complimentary Lucky Cat Hat while stocks last.

Orders of $250 AUD or more will automatically receive both the Lucky Cat Hat and Maneko Charm while stocks last.

Due to increased order volumes during our Mid-Year Sale, dispatch times may be slightly longer than usual.

Estimated dispatch times:
• Standard orders: 3–5 business days
• Custom orders: 7–10 business days
• Made-to-order items: 8+ weeks

Please note that orders containing pre-order items will not be shipped until all items in the order are in stock and ready to dispatch.

Mid-Year Sale styles are available while stocks last and will not be restocked during the promotional period. Many of our discontinued and farewell pieces are saying goodbye for good, so once they're sold out, they won't be returning.

Gift With Purchase eligibility is based on your final order value after discounts have been applied.If your order meets the qualifying spend threshold and your gift is still not appearing in your cart, please contact our team before completing your purchase.

Our Mid-Year Sale gifts have been specially selected for this promotion and cannot be exchanged, swapped, or redeemed for cash.

Orders over $250 AUD qualify for both Mid-Year Sale gifts. Once your cart reaches the qualifying spend threshold, the Lucky Cat Hat and Maneko Charm will automatically be added to your cart.

We're unable to offer price adjustments for previous purchases. To be the first to hear about future sales and special offers, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter.

All sale purchases are final. Please choose carefully, as Mid-Year Sale purchases are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.

The gifts are automatically added to your cart once you've qualified for it.

Please ensure your cart contains everything that you are after before checking out as we will not add your gift(s) if they are not part of your order. If you do not see gift(s) added in your order, it means stock has run out! Do ensure you check out as quick as possible if your gift is still in cart.

Any orders with a pre-order item or custom made to order item will only be shipped when everything is in stock. We suggest to split up your order for in stock items and made-to-order items so items that are ready to ship can be dispatched asap!

Please note that Skip the Queue is not applicable to pre-order or made-to-order items.

We try our best to make sure our inventory is reflected correctly on our website. In the event of an item being out of stock, we will refund your out of stock item and ship the rest of your order.
