All sales during our Archive and EOFY Sales are FINAL and not eligible for a return or refund unless faulty.
Due to the volume of orders, allow 3-5 days for our team to dispatch your order. We're aiming for less, but please be patient with our small team as everything is hand-packed!
Made to order items, e.g. initials, engravable and custom rings please allow an extra 1-2 days on top of the above dispatch guidelines.
Please select express shipping at check out if you are needing your jewellery in a hurry!
Our free gifts are while stock lasts only! If it has not been added to your cart, it means the gift has been exhausted!
If you have received your order and have not received your free gift that was in your order confirmation, please reach out to hello@s-kin.com.au with your order number and we will assist!
Good news! You can edit your order within 30 minutes of completing your purchase. Outside of this time frame, please email us ASAP and put the subject URGENT: Order Amendment Request and we'll try our best to action the changes as soon as possible!

Unfortunately, we can't absorb the shipping costs during the sale! Please note that due to the highly marked down prices during this period, the free shipping threshhold will be removed during the sale for items that are marked down.

Any orders with a pre-order item or custom made to order item will only be shipped when everything is in stock. We suggest to split up your order for in stock items and made-to-order items so items that are ready to ship can be dispatched asap!
We try our best to make sure our inventory is reflected correctly on our website. In the event of an item being out of stock, we will refund your out of stock item and ship the rest of your order.
