RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 14-day return policy on all full-price merchandise. The return window begins on the day your order is delivered to you.

- Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
- We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items - you'll automatically be issued a refund/credit for any returned items. If you want a different size or colour, or you want a different item, you'll need to place a new order.
- For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ALL earrings.
- All sale items purchased, including sample sale pieces, are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or return.
- Items using a discount code, excluding the welcome discount code, are only eligible for a credit or exchange.
- Postage will be at the buyer's expense. We recommend using registered/trackable post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.
- We do not offer returns or exchanges for custom made items of any kind. These items include custom engraving, stamped tags, solid gold made to order, custom initial/letter necklaces and bracelets, custom made jewellery upon request.
- Products such as extension chains, gift wrap, polishing cloths, and aftercare spray are not eligible for return or refund.
- Pre-orders and custom products, including solid gold made-to-order cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.
- Returns must be posted within 7 days of approval
- Only one promotion can be used per order. Promo codes cannot be combined with gift with purchase offers unless otherwise specified. Return requests based on this policy are not eligible.

Return Processing Fees
Restocking Fee for Refunds:
A $4.95 restocking fee will apply to all returns that choose a refund to the original payment method, rather than opting for an exchange or store credit. There is no fee for exchanges or store credits.
Return to Seller:
A $13 charge applies to all returns sent back to the seller. This fee helps cover the costs of inspecting, processing, and restocking returned items, including the administrative tasks of handling returns and ensuring that items are properly processed back into inventory. It also contributes to the overall operational expenses of managing returns efficiently.
If the conditions of the return are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
Yes, you will need to cover the cost of return postage and this amount will not be refunded to you. This includes any warranty claims
Please note: Your original shipping fee is also non-refundable and will be removed from your refundable amount.
HOW DO I PACK MY ITEM FOR RETURN?
Please return all unused items enclosed in a padded bag or box to ensure they are not damaged in transit.
Please include your name and #JW order number inside the bag or box so we can identify you items upon arrival.

WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY REFUND?
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5-10 business days of your item being received by the S-kin Customer Service Team.
Once your item has been received and refunded, you will be notified via email.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep store credit by letting us know in your return lodge email.
