For this year's gift guide we really wanted to curate something for you that was both thoughtful and meaningful for us, as a small business, and you, our valued customers.
At S-kin Studio, we have continuously discussed the pertinent issues that have been raised and brought to light during the tumultuous year that has been 2020. We are fully aware that the year has brought upon unprecedented times for many people and we wanted to acknowledge this.
Ultimately, this has impacted how we decided to approach this year's Black Friday and Cyber Monday period. As a small Australian business, we have chosen to participate in this event but in the most meaningful way possible. Given the over consumption and excessive commercialization of these promotional days, we have chosen to elongate our sale period to 7 days to ensure your purchases are genuinely meaningful and thought through.
Our carefully curated jewelry pieces are all sustainable, hand-crafted and ethically made. We have worked hard to ensure all our materials are sourced as locally and with as much consideration of our environment as possible. We take pride in being a Melbourne-based small business that has taken all necessary steps possible, from sourcing our suppliers to finding the best packaging, to maintain the highest standard of ethical and environmental responsibility.
