Pretty Piece

I personally love myself Skin Studio Jewelry and have been a customer for a few months and had no problems until my Rei stud came in broken (the gemstone was chipped), which I later returned for a new one. I was a bit more upset that I had to go back and forth from the AU post office and send it back with my own money. I did ask if they offered shipping labels to which they answered no. The postage money may not of been a lot of money but it was my own time considering it was their own error that happened from the store. This did get me a bit annoyed but they did send me back a new piece which is beautiful as the pictures.
